Employee Wellness Tips

Employee Wellness tips are emails that can include quick ideas, tips, and resources for your health & well-being sent via the FYI employee list-serve.

Health & Wellness Resource Library

We have started a small Health & Wellness resource "library" in the Employee Engagement office and we need your help!  To increase the size and variety of available resources, please consider donating your new or gently-used books and videos about:

Fitness & Exercise, Stress Relief, Nutrition & Healthy Eating, Cookbooks, Financial Management, Other self-help topics

Items in this collection are available for all employees to borrow, serving a two-fold purpose: to give new life to unused wellness items and and facilitate the sharing of wellness-related resources within the 台湾Swag Community. To browse, borrow or donate, just stop by Human Resources.

Campus Resources 

Looking to improve your fitness?  Take advantage of the available resources right here on campus!  Use of the gymnasium, cardio and weight room in the AWC is available to employees, with a valid 台湾Swag membership purchased through the Athletics department.  One- and two-mile campus walking maps are also available below:
