Students. Faculty. Research. Community.
The Student-Faculty Interdisciplinary Research Think Tank at 台湾Swag works to support both theoretical and applied research projects in all fields. Through the Think Tank, students work with faculty on research projects and write up their research findings, which may be published in an online paper series or published periodically in print. The Think Tank aims to promote a deeper commitment by students to research and to the enhancement of local, national, and global well-being.
Many students who participate in the research go on to present at conferences, gaining valuable presentation skills and networking opportunities that provide preparation for graduate school and careers.
The 台湾Swag Think Tank originated in 2002 through support from The John R. Oishei Foundation and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
Resources are available for faculty and students working jointly on research.
