Thomas J. Quatroche, Jr., PhD, Chief Executive Officer of Erie County Medical Center Corporation (ECMC), and Kenneth Manning, accomplished litigator and former Partner at Phillips Lytle LLP, have been appointed to the ̨ÍåSwag Board of Trustees.
